Because some students may not want to answer all 57 items at Grade 4, or all 60 questions at Grade 7—before seeing their scores—a new option is available that divides the science questions into Part I (30 questions) and Part II (either 27 questions in Grade 4, or 30 questions in Grade 7).
Students can take Part I and get their score for Part I. They can then continue with Part II and get their score for Part II as well as a combined score for Parts I and II. This is clarified below.

When students have finished Part II, they will see both a Part II score and a Combined Score of Part I and Part II as shown below.

If students click the "Home" icon in the top-right corner, they will view a window enabling them to access both Parts I and II, as shown below. Students can view existing responses by clicking the "Take" button or take the tests again as desired.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Once the window is closed, or if student clicks the "Sign Out" link, all responses are erased.
