Growth Model Report: The following report demonstrates and example of a growth model report. In the middle school test, elementary, middle, and high school level questions were used. The report presents a summary of the average subscores that the students received on the elementary, middle, and high school level questions. Note, for example, that the average scores for 6th grade students is lower on the high school questions, which would be expected.

Growth Model Report for Middle School - grades 6,7,8

The following item analysis has the questions sorted by skill and core concept. Items measuring the same skill and core concept are grouped together under a heading. This allows viewing the groups of questions addresssing certain skills/core concepts, such as those used to calculate the summary reports. The skill/core concept heading, such as "Self-management -> Alcohol and other drugs", is displayed followed by the questions addressing that skill and core concept, and repeated for each skill/core concept assessed.

--- High School ---

(Note: the gender and grade levels, when assigned, are correct. However, some teachers chose not to have their students enter this information. Therefore, an NA for "not available" is displayed when actual data is not available)
