Viewing Reports of Test Results

  1. Log into the test-taking site and select the desired test from the list. If using our hosting services, the site is: http://2test.net

  2. After selecting desired test, the following screen will be displayed. Only teachers have Reports, Scoring, and Management Tabs.

  3. Click the Reports Tab to display the report options. Each report allows optional data disaggregation of student demographic data by up to four levels. To save or print reports, choose save or print from the file menu when viewing a report.

There are two report types under the "Standard Tab"

Report 1: Displays total scores by student and also provides access each individual answers, as well as test-taking information such as when they logged in, and what time they submitted their final answers.

Report 2: Displays summary or detail analysis (item analysis). Starting Suggestion: First view each report simply by clicking the Go button, without choosing any subgroupings. Then repeat the same report by choosing subgroupings.

    Comparison Report Tab

The "Comparison Tab" allows comparison by two to four tests. You also can optionally disaggregate the data for comparison, as well as subgroup the report by any applicable item descriptor - such as a national standard or skill. A sample comparison report is shown below.

    Sample Reports:

Sample Report 1: Total scores by students
